After Downloading the presentation file to the folder of your choice, go to this folder and click on the file you just downloaded. This will start Adobe Reader and display the presentation. To save ink you can print this in Black and White. Do the following to accomplish this:

  • Select FILE PRINT
  • In the FILE PRINT screen push the PROPERTIES button (next to your printer name)
  • In the PROPERTIES screen MAIN tab, select GRAYSCALE PRINTING (lower center of the screen). A check mark will appear in the box next to Grayscale Printing.
  • Press OK (in the Properties Screen), then Press OK on the PRINT screen.
  • Your presentation will now print in Black and White
